I am about to bottle my alljuice amarone and decided to filter it as well. This will be my first time filtering a wine and i have a couple of questions that i need help with. First i added the clearing agents and it did a great job so now i have to add the sorbate with my kmeta as it has been about three months since the last addition of kmeta,so if i add it and then filter, do i have to add more kmeta because the vinbrite filtering might introduce to much oxygen negating some of the kmeta before bottling? or if i add a 1/4 teaspoonthat will beenough and i'm just getting worried for nothing?
