Allinonewinepump Customer Service!!!!!

Wow talk about good customer service. I had a few questions on the Allinonewinepump and what I would need as I am a Newbie. I sent an email to Steve figured we'd email back and forth a few times over the next few days.

5 minutes later we were chatting on the phone. All my questions were answered and the order was placed with the right stuff for my set up and I would have bought stuff i didn't need. As I am in sales and appreciate good customer service Steve really took the time to figure out what I would need and helped me understand what I needed and what I didn't need and why. I can't wait for my package to arrive.
