I've racked my wine for clearing about 6 days ago and I see its clearing up. I've purchased a second wine kit to start fermenting and I've only got 1 airloc at this time. Do I have to use an airloc on the carboy that's now clearing or can I just use my hole less rubber stopper for a day or so until I can get another airloc?
