    That egg smell is hydrogen sulfide. It appears when fermentation either is lacking nutrients or oxygen. My best recommendation would be to either add fermaid-k or stir or stir the must with to allow oxygen to be introduced this usually does the trick Sent from my iPhone using Wine Making

    Yea sorbate after mlf is a no no. A geranium smell can occur and give wine a off flavor and smell.

    Possibly oxidation from not having a racking schedule or allowing too much oxygen to enter into the vat without a gas inhibitor to displace oxygen as u tampered with the wine
