Has anyone made the Winexpert LE21 Macabeo Sauvignon Blanc Wine Kit? I like Sauvignon Blanc, but this is a blend. Just wondering if it's any good?

Hope everyone is doing well. As I get up in age, it seems that the carboys are getting heavier to lift onto a table so that I can rack the wine using gravity. Does anyone have a good recommendation for a wine pump? Maybe something that could help with bottling also.

It finally happened after 4 years of wine making. I bottled some Merlot in Oct & I've noticed that the bottles have sediment in them. Probably didn't wait long enough to let it clear. Lesson learned. Should I open & pour them all in a carboy and add Super-Kleer? Is there a device I can use...

I made a WE Eclipse Merlot with grape skins recently and after the primary I put the skins in a plastic bag and froze them. I going to start a Pinot Noir and thought about adding the THAWED out bag of Merlot skins to the primary. Has anyone done this kind of thing before? Dave
