Ok I've bottled all of them but I have one bottle that is half full. I already corked it. What's the chances of it going back due to the amount of air that is left in the bottle.?

What do you use to sanitize? Quick spray? Quick dunk in a solution?

Is there a reason why not to soak the corks? Also margarine as in butter? So you put the corks in butter or are u saying thats what you use for a container? To Sanitize can I use k-meta?

what if I bottle it and plan to have a couple bottles aged for couple years? do i still not add anything or add it?

I don't mind leaving it in the Carboy for aging but I don't have any test kits to check it a long the way.... Am I better off bottling it and aging it like that?

So I have a carboy filled with grand cru cab. Its been racked and re racked and re racked again. I heard that if you age it in a carboy every month add kmeta. What if you bottle it? You cant add kmeta. So whats best?

Two years oh wow! Do you recommend aging in the bottles or Carboy? Now someone said every month aging you should add kmeta. Now how come you don't that when you bottle it?

So my wine finished and it's at the aging progress. I tried some and it's still a little bit bitter. Is it cause it hasn't sat long enough?

Growlers are sealed by screw cap. I can even pour wax over to get an extra seal. What do you think?

So I have about 6 growlers filled with skeeter pee. What is the shelf life of this? I want to save it for the summer but I am not sure if it will last that long before going bad. Does anyone know how long it can stay in the growlers for?? Thanks!
