about a month ago i added sorbate and backsweetend. still not sweet enough is it ok to just add sweetner or should i add more sorbate again?

If you follow a wine kits instrutions. instead of bottling at end can u rack and wait 3 months or would you have to add campden tablets or something.

I get all done making a batch of wine .when cleaning up equipment i found the bottom of hydrometer. so couple small pieces of glass in wine somewhere. do you throw away or when racking hope it is left on bottom with sediment?

at first racking i should add 1 campden tablet crushed per 1 gallon of wine right?

I started some wine Nov 27 2 kinds first one apple wine to start it had a sg reading of 1.150 today it is still bubbling a little bit but not much took another sg reading it sank to bottom so less then .999 right? does that it is done and ready to rack? or since still bubbling let sit awhile...
