What's "allinone"?

The wine is 14 months old and thus has been stabilized and clarified. It's due to be racked but I want to bottle- just need the solution to doctor it up a but. Should I used that package? Thanks!

I have a 6 gal carboy of vinho verde that's about 14 month aged. I've struggled with this as it lacks that lemon zest / slight carbonated feel to pallet. If you've had vinho verde you know that it's meant to be drank young and has a slight zest and mild carbonated feel. NOT MINE! Mentor...

Looking into shelving for aging carboys from Lowes; but important factor is each shelve's weight capacity. Can anyone tell me how much a 5 and 6 gallon full carboy weighs? Thanks! JS

It's finally installed! My custom made cherry wine storage cellar. My uncle is a carpenter and built this beauty for me; a few thousand later, and I'm looking at nearly 450 bottles of storage and an investment for life! Anyone in New England area- private message me!
