Well, I guess I have learned the hard way. Thanks djrockinsteve for sending me the spray program, now to wait till next year for my first harvest.

Picked up my malbec grapes today, these were really nice, no problems with them at all.

Dang, got to work Monday. I will most likely go on Sunday

Picked up my juice yesterday but would like to see if we can meet when the grapes come in. Open to any day but can't get there till around 3:30 weekdays

I have done it without testing equip., and my wine turned out great. I would check it every couple weeks and when there was no more activity I added my kmeta. It took 3 months to get done, but the temps was a little low.

Did our 40 vines on Monday and tuesday. They are on there 3rd year, hoping for a crop this year

I have been getting chilean juice now for 3 years from Harford and my wife loves it. I usally will add my own yeast.

I'm getting a bucket of malbec and a lug of grapes plus 3 buckets of sauvignon blanc, made alot of good wine from there buckets, my wife loves the sauv. blanc
