I have been brewing beer - 14 batches so far - and cider - two batches, and have been researching making wine. I plan on doing 1 gallon batches and have cleaned up some jugs, laid in some supplies and plan on making a wine out of apricot nectar or apricot puree next month. Nice to have a forum started on wine alone and thanks to Keith's better half, we now have it.
