Here are a few pics of the wines i currently have in work. The Riesling, Borolo, Merlot and white Merlot are kits

White Merlot kit with an additional 1 banana, 1lb raisins and oak chips

Wine Rack made from 2x4's 1x3's and some re-purposed 1x6's

Bulk Aging on top of rack 5 gallons of Merlot 5 Gallons of Riesling and several 1 gallon concentrate samples

Nice post, you have been busy. Going to be a bunch of work before you are through. Your wine rack is going to be pretty full when you are done bottling. Arne.

That's the way to do it, build up your inventory! I love the wine rack!!

Yes i know i still have a lot of work to do before bottling.
wine rack is in the basement where it stays around 68 in the summer and around 62 in the winter. The rack will hold 176 bottles 22 bottles per row 8 rows.
