Wine labels... and removal

One word:OXYCLEAN! Its your best friend for getting labels off. Soak for about 5 hours come back and the labels will be floating in the water. The little bit of glue residue thats left on the bottles will wipe right off effortlessly. Make sure to get the Oxyclean FREE as it has no dyes or perfumes
 
I used to use the Avery inkjet address labels, too.
They normally come off easily under warm water.
Any glue residue can be quickly removed with a SOS Pad.

But these days, I don't even use labels anymore...simply a letter or symbol in marker pen on the top of the cork.

I like that way, too. You can get small circular labels that fit on Zorks really nicely.
