I've always learned in beer making not to boil fruit, as it will cause pectic haze in a beer. Will this not be the case with raspberry fruit being boiled in order to produce an f-pac?
Delaney, When I make an f-pack, I do not take the fruit to a boil. I add a small amout of water to the pan with the fruit and just heat them through enough to break up the fruit and free the juice and other solids.
