Which hydrometer to buy?

I'm going to buy a hydrometer, which one do most of you buy and who sells it online?

Most of the members buy a triple scale hydrometer reading specific Gravity, brix and potential alcohol. I use that and hydrometers with brix readings only. All of our sponsors sell them.

I agree, they break so easily I would always buy two.

I use the triple scale one with a temp reading on it - few bucks more - but you can take the SG reading at the given must temp and adjust accordingly...

Yep, I have 3 on hand at all times. I average about 1 a year broken on the basement floor.

I have 2 but I also have a Lab Grade one as well. The lab grade allows you to really see how far below 1.000 you really are and more accurate..
