I am starting a cherry and an orange this weekend and I want the cherry to be sweet and light so I was thinking of using Cotes des Blancs. On the orange I was thinking EC118 would be a good choice because of all the citric acid. Any opinions would be helpful.

Thanks

Cotes de blanc works great for fruit wines. I use it a lot. The 118 is supposed to be a strong yeast that should work fine for your orange. I havn't used it, but folks on here talk about it a lot. Good luck with it,Arne.

Thanks alot, the only reason I selected the 118 is because I use it in my skeeter pee and if it can handle lemon juice concentrate then orange juice should be a breeze.
