If those are 2 options - i would go with Cote Des Blanc.

If you can get to the LHBS - i would suggest lalvin 71B-1122.
 
The 71b 1122 would be my choice also. It will be gentle with the light apple and cherry flavors

Lalvin IMO would be a much better choice but to each his own.
