Welch's Delight

I bottled the Welch's White this morning. I started Jan 22 and by 3/10 is was down to 0.990 (started at 1.090). I back sweetened with 2 cans of strawberry daiquiri mix 3/3. I let that settle until 3/25 and decided it needed a bit more. Of course my supplier was out of strawberry daiquiri mix so I used strawberry breeze. I gave it a final shot with the brake bleeder and bottled this morning.



This turned out very well and is a quick drinker. It tastes a lot like a white zin with a touch of strawberry.

I think you will like it Sceleste. Just for the record i added 4 oz medium oak (cubes) in primary and step fed it sugar a bit to finish out @15abv.
