Watermelon Wine

Planning on making some watermelon wine. Tried to find someone last year to but couldn't so gave away and ate 65 melons.

This year it's going to be different! Going to try and do it myself.

I've started 130 Crimson Sweet, 17 giant Carolina's not shown and 20 pumpkins for my wife.

watermelon juice spoils very easy and that is why watermelon wine is difficult to make. When you go to make this, try to keep it as cold as possible until fermentation starts.
