I made some watermelon wine a few months ago. It seemed it went fine and I got lucky and avoided it spoiling by letting it ferment cool. It had a nice watermelon smell. Well after a few months aging, it turning a lime green color, but is crystal clear, and it smells like musty watermelon. Does any one know if the color normal? And does any one know whats up with that musty smell? Has it gone bad somehow. Any imput would help thanks!
