Please be careful when you are deciding what to mix and store your sulfite solutin in. I thought one of the empty spring water jugs would be a good idea. And it was....I used a big fat permanent marker and wrote "sulfite" on it in big letters and keep it under the sink.

I was making iced tea the other day and thought that this city water is really terrible and the spring water would make some really fresh, clear tea. I went to grab for the spirng water and you guessed it I picked up the wrong jug and boiled the tea bags in sulfite solution....a whole half gallon of it!

Luckily, I noticed that it didn't look right....and started looking around for the problem...and there it was....."sulfite" as big as Texas...in the spring water jug....

Lesson learned.......put on your glasses or use a florescent marker or don't put it in a spring water jug.
