That would be a huge bobcat! They only average 15-30 pounds for most types of bobcat or lynx. The easter lynx gets to about 25 pounds for an average male. I wouldn't want to get to close to a 90 pound one! You need to carry that mega shotgun for that one!

That is what my brother said, he;s usually not one to exaggerate but maybe they are mistaken this cat for another cat or just over estimating through the lens. The camera adds about 10 lbs so maybe he had aboit 6 cameras on it!

Or he had the zoom on 3x- so instead of 30 pounds, it looks like 90!

Bobcats only get to be at the biggest about 35 lbs. but they are a killing machine.

Soooo, I have moles in my yard...does that count? I think your sightings are very cool and wished I lived in the remote areas where you have these.
