I made a WE Pinot Noir, began 3/12/15, following the directions from the kit, including clearing it as per instructions. After about 3 months I tasted and it was a little lacking. So, I set it on blackberries for 6 weeks. I racked it off the blackberries and it has now been sitting for an additional 2 months. It is pretty good right now. My question: should I clear it? Add some SuperKleer? I was thinking there might be bits of blackberries that maybe did not fall out? I've not done too many kits, mostly country fruit wines. Thanks

in the mix

THAT'S WHAT I WOULD DO ,WHEN YOU FILTER, FILTER THOUGH A PIECE OF CHEESE CLOTH TO CATCH THE FRUIT SEEDS.WITH BERRY FRUIT SOMETIMES THE PH CAN RISE AND MAKE THE WINE A LITTLE BITTER,YOU CAN BACK SWEETEN THAT.
( ADD SUPERKLEER TO THE MIX LET IT SET TWO WEEKS THEN RACK AND FILTER,THEN BACK SWEETEN...CHEM AND BOTTLE.):db
