An ebulliometer will provide one of the easiest methods of determining the alcohol content in wine. The test is based on the difference in boiling points of water and wine, and the ebulliometer provides a very accurate measure of these factors.
The unit is a BRAND NEW Dujardin-Salleron model#360 tradional ebulliometer kit (as shown on this link http://www.piwine.com/ebulliometer-dujardin-salleron-360.html).
We have an overflow of equipment thus the unit is still in the original packaging, unopened.
Asking $700OBO.
