Topping of Tomato Wine

I will be racking my tomato wine and will need to top off. Any suggestions? Chardonnay, Peach?

I would appreciate some ideas!

I understand Tomato wine from green tomatos tastes a bit like Chardonnay. This may be a good choce. The other thing you could do is rack down to smaller vessals.
