What is rosette and where are you getting it. Sounds like a blend of some kind.

Getting it from fulkerson winery in the finger lakes.
A French-American Hybrid and named in the Finger Lakes, Rosette, or Siebel 1000, is a cross of Jaeger 70 with Vitis vinifera and is the ancestor of both St. Pipen and LaCrosse.
Producing a light red (even on the skins) wine, can be used as a varietal rose. pleasant flavors and a light body. A red grape that should be treated as a white and can be bottled early.
