WAS READIND TIPS ON TAKING TEMP OF MUST.
I DO LOTS OF COOKING . I HAVE A LARGE FORK THAT
HAS A DIGITAL THERMOMETER IN THE HANDLE.
TEN SEC. DIP IN MUST YOU HAVE YOUR TEMP.
MY TWO CENTS WORTH.
 
I just use the adhesive stick-on temp gauges and they are very accurate as I also have a floater and they read the same.
 
I use the stick on thermometers also. As a backup I use a digital thermometer, especially if I'm making a yeast starter and want the water temp just right.
