Note to self.....

Don't incrementally backsweeten and taste 4 different carbons on an empty stomach!!!! Yowza! 3:30 and you can stick a fork in me :gn:dg

Funny, I'm doing the same - kinda. I started transferring Skeeter Pee & pulled a glass & sweetened it, then decided I needed to tip the carboy & get another glass. I may have another in a bit unless my wife intervenes . She's wanting to go out tonight. lol..

You need to start serveing her a glass when you get a glass

yeah no kidding I always get my wife to start my testing for sweetness or dryness, I can always tell if it's really good or not she'll need a second sample. Whats bad is when I'm transfering and ask her opinion and she comes over and slides glass under the racking tube and says more. lol

Been ther, done that, I agree, get the wife involved, she is official taste tester for all of my wines. Loren
