Well, my latest Winemaker magazine somehowis missing!!! Alas and Alack!!


I have a Strawberry wine going per instructions in mag. Started on June 12 and is a 1 gallon batch. I believe racking at 30 days was the first time and then another 30 days to rack againand stabilize. And then bulk age for a year. IS this correct? Would someone please look in their magazine and advise if I am mistaken.

It says to stir twice a day for a week, then drip the nylon bag and transfer to the secondary. Attach the airlock and let it sit 30 days. Rack it let it sit 30 days again and rack again until clear before bottling.
