One of the greatest fruit wine makers is from Pleasanton. Jack Keller. He has a great website with a baziliion recipes for mostly gallon batches here: Wine recipies

There are a few wine makers on here from SA. I'm the red headed step child down near Corpus.

I was just up in Fredricksburg on Saturday. Just did a quick day trip and hit 4 wineries.

Fredricksburg road trip! That would be fun. I have been through there earlier this year, but didn't have time to stop. I can either go during the week, or if it's a weekend, I will have to wait till almost July.

I would love to do a wine tasting. My stock is getting up there. Not a ton, but slowly accumulating.

Ok. Us I go monthly to Fredricksberg. William Chris is fantastic. I been to all the wineries there. I have two other favorites. One is my secret lol
