Just hand crushed 70LB of strawberries. Last year started with half and added to it. Going to go all juice this year. Happy spring!

I completely filled the bucket to the top with pulp. Almost 6.5 gallons.

So how do you get an accurate SG reading when there is this much pulp? My hydrometer sticks where ever I put it.

Refractometer works. Or you press a clean/sanitized sieve down into the macerated pulp, juice will start to filter in thru the mesh and you thief your sample.
