Any body have bottling notes in the MM La Bodega port?
What do you recommend as sweetener, and what target SG?

I keep hearing to check the SG on something I like, then use that as a guideline. I have a Castel Del Papa kit and want to back sweeten half of to make port style. I planned to measure my 375 of La Bodega, but the only bottle I had in the wine rack, (from a bottling party at Georges,) showed up on the kitchen counter empty last Saturday morning.

Yes, my son is over 21, but normally asks my recommendations before opining a bottle.
