Bos, I rinse after using the Oxy Clean cleanser. Sanitizing equipment I do not rinse. I feel there is not enough sanitizer on the primary bucket or in the carboy to effect the taste of the wine.
Sanitizing the bottles and drying them on the bottle rack also makes me feel confident no bacteria has infected the bottles.
