First of all I want to say welcome to all the new members. But I have noticed some new members replies well there sort of snooty sort to speak. That being said let me inform all the new members that making wine is a process and it takes time, equipment, ingredients, knowledge, and above all else PATIENCE! And you will find all the answers you need here but we need to ask questions and you need to answer them without being snide that is if you want help.
