Heres the grapes being pressed today with my little press, boy I gotta
build a bigger 1 or buy a bigger 1. Its crude but gets the job done. I
ended up with 5 gallons of each.

You've been holding out on us Wade......... Where did those come from?

Did you ferment them before pressing? Tell us the whole story boy.

did you mix or pressed separate?

Wade's been holdin out again.....

no seeds comin out of that press!

My buddy bought them last week and had a little too much then what he
could use so I grabbed to 36 lb boxes of each. They fermented in 6
buckets and were crushed and destemmed when I went to his hose with my
buckets. I used Scott Labs wine yeast that he had on hand which was BM 45. Im running up to his house again tomorrow to gar some MLB which is MBR ICV Elious 1. Same stuff I used on the Chilean Malbec grapes. Thats coming around pretty nice and will be ready to bottle soon. I racked it 1 1/2 months ago and I dont see anything else dropping now.
