Recipe Error please help

Hi All

I am in the process of making blackberry and blueberry wine.

When about to add my yeast nutrient and yeast I got interrupted by the kids.

Not watching what I was doing I put stabiliser in instead of the yeast. Have I just lost the wine or can I just add enough yeast to get it started.

No other info or ingredients on the label? Is there a brand name so someone can look up that company's products and maybe determine what the active ingredients are.
 
It's Vinclasses Fermentation Stopper its potassium sorbate

I have add the yeast to the correct amount yesterday. In a panick once I realised what I had done a day late.

There is a small amount of foaming and all the must has risen to the top. You can hear a small amount of bubbling and crackling. There are no bubbles in the air stop however like it was previously.
 
If it's foaming, it sounds like it is fermenting.

Also, if you have a lid snapped on with an airlock, get it off and just go with either a loose lid or towel on top. This will let more oxygen in for fermenting and allow for easier access for you to stir twice daily.
