Update. So far day 4 and smell is not bad at all kind of fruity when I open the lid to stir. I took a reading last night. Monday at 425 pm it was 1.092 but calculating temp prob 1.096. Last night it is down to 1.020. So seems like going ok. Leaving for the weekend but the wifey will keep an eye on the bucket.
