So I had a freezer that gave out so needing to quickly do something with some of the fruit I had in it I fermented 25lbs of raspberries with 15lbs of tart cherries. After racking I was left with a little extra with no room so let's have some month old hodge podge wine on New Years Day. Interesting I must say. Added 3/4th tsp of sugar to my glass and it's quite drinkable.
