Raspberry and Cherry?

So I had a freezer that gave out so needing to quickly do something with some of the fruit I had in it I fermented 25lbs of raspberries with 15lbs of tart cherries. After racking I was left with a little extra with no room so let's have some month old hodge podge wine on New Years Day. Interesting I must say. Added 3/4th tsp of sugar to my glass and it's quite drinkable.

That sounds really good to me! I love tart cherry tho I'm not that hot on raspberries. Still, wine makes all fruit somehow different, so I bet that is a great combo. Nothing wrong with a good tasting young wine. They even have an annual festival in France and Germany to celebrate them.
