In his book "Home Winemaking Step by Step", Jon Iverson outlines the procedure for testing SO2 using the Aeration-Oxidation method. I have seen the equipment on the Internet for $260. A little too expensivefor my current level of winemaking, but someday...

For those of you that have not had the pleasure to meet Joseph, he is my "Norm". Remember the TV show "Cheers"? Joseph lives in the Dallas area and has stopped by the store every weekend since I have been open. He is a magnet. Not long after he shows up, other customers follow.


I have had some really slow days, but Joseph has always been there to talk wine with me. Sometimes he buys, sometimes we just chat. I have gained a lot of knowledge from Joseph and I just wanted to take this opportunity to publicly thank him for his support of my store!
