Hi all - has anyone tried juicing pomegranates with a steam juicer - I believe if u ferment on the fruit u need to liberate the individual pips, as the white membrane is bitter - if I could juice a chopped up fruit it would be way easier. I am trying a supermarket juice version at the moment - 37% pomegranate, and rest red grape juice (v thoughtful of them!!) - but pomegranate flavour/taste was a little weak. Can't help but think a proper fruit version would be way better. Any thoughts?

i dont know about the steam......but i know there are plenty of recipes to make batches from POM juice, and have great reviews......you may want to try that because i know how much of a pain poms can be to eat! but yet addicting!! :r
