Peach wine question

What should my ph level be for a peach wine?just started it yesterday, introduced my yeast. My ph was at 3.5.

Between 3.4 and 3.5 is good.

Peach should be about 3.3 Always best to adjust pre-ferment.

Remember that peach is a delicate flavor. Get the PH too high and the flavor doesn't come forward.

I just racked my Jersey Peach Wine and the pH pre-ferm was 3.3. It is absolutely delicious, so the advice above is spot-on.
