peach melomel in the planning stages

Have a volunteer peach tree in our back yard that decided to put on peaches last year. Looks like it may do it again this year, so am planning on a peach melomel. Will probably use Southern Belle honey from the Bee Folks (www.beefolks.com) since they say it has a peach aftertaste.

All I have to do now is wait for nature, and trust the weather, birds, & squirrels don't sabotage my plans.
