I have just made (has not been in the bottle for a week) a OB Peach Chardonnay. And boy is it sweet, good but very sweet.

On Fine Vine Wines web sight they list OB Peach Chardonnay as 9 out of 10 on sweetness.
The Summer Breeze Green Apple Riesling, my next kit, by Mosti Mondiale is on the sweetness scale at 5 out of 10 as are all the MM Summer Breeze kits.

I did add sugar to the primary and plan to add sugar to the Green Apple Riesling. My start PG was 1.080 and ended at .996.
Have ya’ll made these kits and are the Orchard Breezin kits twice as sweet as the Summer Breeze and do you add half of the F pack to the primary and if I do add half of the F pack to the primary should I cut down on the sugar?
I want to think ya’ll for the advice! Ya’ll help us new guys make better wine! Thank you!
