OK! I racked it off the lees per everyones advice. Now I guess I can wait for some oak!!

I got some french oak cubes yesterday! $4.99 for 3 oz! I wonder what that is per board ft? Anyway, I will oak 3 gallons and not oak 3 gallons and see what transpires.

Hannabarn, Just for the heck of it I ran the numbers and it is roughly $100/ bd ft! French Gold!
