The wine making club I belong to has an annual wine competition with two other clubs in northern Wisconsin, the club that gets the most points has bragging rights till the next year, my club was second , we missed by 1 point.
However my barrel aged Marquette wine won a blue ribbon in its class and was second runner up overall. The overall winner I believe was a fruit wine. My wife and I weren’t feeling well and didn’t make the banquet and competition so I don’t have all the results. Between the three clubs there is a lot of good wine made.
