Thinking of trying a non kit mist style wine since wife loves them but I think for what they are I could prolly reproduce something better for cheaper.
Her favorite is a black raspberry merlot, done semisweet (bit over half fpac was added during primary)
Thinking a possible recipe could be something like:
10 cans welches Concord grape
Sugar to 1.072
6lb of frozen mixed berry during primary
5 gallons
Then make an fpac out of another 6lb of mixed berry to add after wine is stabilized. Then clear.
Thoughts?
Thinking of something similar for a peach wine since she loves peaches as well
