I have a friend who has planted 750 vines last spring. They are different varieties of muscadine and scuppernong. My friend wants me to be his vintner, he likes my home brew stuff. Found a vineyard in Deleon springs Fla that is open for picking this weekend. We are going for Nobel and Ison varieties. This will be a test batch. I run my country fruit wines at a higher abv so I am using EC1118 yeast. I'm looking for advice on yeasts for theses grape types.

Your best bet is to contact the places that make the best muscadine wine. My favorite is San Sebastian's Rosa wine. They make several muscadine varieties, but the Rosa is my favorite. Give them a call!
