Hi, everyone. I started brewing last spring (2018), doing a few 1 to 2-gallon batches: cider, Welch's wine, DB, ginger beer, kombucha. Then I got wrapped up in other things, but after visiting a small brewery on vacation in April, I decided to jump back in. Currently I have the following in progress:
I'm looking forward to learning, experimenting, and creating some great beverages!
- Wheat beer kit, recently bottled and in conditioning
- Cider, started with the yeast from the batch of beer
- Cider, using a different (fresh) beer yeast
- Blueberry/pomegranate cider using Old Orchard bb/pom FAJC (or is it fruit wine? ABV should be around 10%)
- Vintner's Reserve Gewurztraminer kit
