Good morning all, Rod here in southeast Tennessee and having alot of fun with our new hobby. My lovely and talented bride Karen are both from a long line of fermenters and bootleg moonshine Smoky Mtn runners so I guess this is fitting for us both. We are using the Vinters juice base 1 gallon starters in concord grape, watermelon, dandelion, and lambrusco grape. They are turning out really good and really looking forward to learning more on this site.
