WineXpert New Batch--but I REALLY bumped the Primary!

My local retailor said this RJ Spagnols kit was from last year. (Don't know if last year means 2005, or 2006). Anyway, everything seems to be working great, lots of bubbling going on!!! Guess I panicked for nothing!!!
