I have 20lbs of blueberries and want to make a medium body wine with 6% to 8% APV. I can handle how to get the alcohol by an SG of 1.06 to 1.07 but what is the best Blueberry Recipe you have and can I get a three gallon batch with this amount of fruit?

I think you can get a great 3 gallon batch out of this...

Use 15-16 lbs up front and save 4-5 lbs for the f-pack.

I will see if I can find my recipe... unless someone else can post one sooner.
 
1.070 is a good starting point. Like above save the rest for a f-pac and then back sweeten
FREEZE the blueberry for 36 hours 1st

Thaw 16# of blueberry in a straining bag
add 3 gallon of water
Add pectic enzyme for 24 hrs
after that add sugar to 1.070
Do a TA test
add nutrient and cote ces blanc yeast
Remove pulp @ 1.015
I rack @ 1.010
